I started using ghd in 2005 & ever since I never had to visit a salon to get my hair done. It simple to use, all you need to do is plug it to a power source and wait for about 15 secs till the plates have heated throughly a little red light with an accompanying beep sound start at the end of those 15 seconds and you are set to start using it.
The ghd flat irons are the strongest I have seen and the safest compared to other types which simply almost instantly burn your hair, ghd doesn't even without anti thermal protecting spray it wouldn't burn your hair as long as it's not being used on naked unprotected hair on daily basis.
